BMP Construction Inc. began in 2004 as an idea to help property owners of Lake Tahoe have a one stop shop for installing and implementing every BMP( Best Management Practices). BMP Construction Inc. exists to help fill the need for installing BMPs in Lake Tahoe. The President
Brad Clark, the co-founder and President of BMP Construction, Inc. has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. In 1978 he founded a successful construction company and operated a specialized nationwide business operation. While maintaining excellent customer clientele as well as customer satisfaction, he supervised crew operations from Hawaii to Virginia. Seeking new challenges after early retirement, he recognized the need for his experience in the BMP program in Lake Tahoe. THE VICE PRESIDENT
Bruce Lindahl has received awards from the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) for his contribution to the commercial and residential BMP retrofit programs. He is currently the BMP designer and provides the link between the regulatory agencies (NRCS, NTCD, TRPA, TRCD). He has designed cost-effective solutions for over 250 parcels and has worked closely with home owner associations in identifying and solving their BMP requirements. Bruce has been directly involved in the construction business in Lake Tahoe for 23 years and most recently supervised site construction for a custom home in Incline Village, NV. He held the position of Chief Engineer in numerous hotels for over 18 years and also worked in the field of highway construction. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. THE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Bruce Lugonja, the chief salesman for BMP Construction, Inc. Bruce has worked in the industry for over 15 years. For 4 years, Bruce owned a large tree company in Los Altos, CA and has worked in the Lake Tahoe area for many years with a local landscape company as chief estimator. He has a vast knowledge for plant material and specializes in native vegetation in the California and Nevada area. Owning his own business equipped him with the necessary experience for estimating jobs and recognizing the importance of client satisfaction after completion. Bruce holds an AA degree in Horticulture and Landscape Construction.
